Dungeon Rules
If you decide not to join our discord and still wish to participate in our events we expect you to follow our rules.
Every ship and every HC is welcome (see 2 for exclusions). Whenever you use our name or our hashtags we ask you to refrain from character or ship-bashing.
Every dungeon has hard limits. Ours are incest and paedophilia. We will not support works with that content and you may be excluded from further events.
Respect your peers. Respect their boundaries and support them if you can. Even constructive criticism is only helpful if it's wanted!

You know what would be just perfect in this sweltering summer heat of West City?
Exactly, turning that temperature up a notch by having your favourite hunks or ladies prepare scrumptious meals for you!This year's dungeon summer event is open to everybody! You don't have to be an artist or a writer, any creation is welcome as long as it's your own. You could use our prompts to create recipes or do a cross-stitch, wherever your talent lies, we don't discriminate!
It's also entirely up to you, which characters you wish to focus on or whether or not your creation will contain shipping.We will give you two sets of prompts:
The "Main Course", which has a prompt for each day, and the "Side Dishes". You will have to combine the daily prompt with at least one prompt from the "Side Dishes" list.Please take a look at our detailed guide on posting and the rules that apply, the prompts and our FAQ!
Posting
The posting period is from July 25th - July 31st
Each day at 00:00 GMT 0 we will post reminders about the day's menu in the server and on Twitter. You then have 24 hours to post your contribution for the day.There's two ways you can post your work and you're welcome to pick one or use both:
On Twitter using the hashtag #ChopItShenron and @ShenronsDungeon
On Ao3 in our collection. Ao3 is not only for fanfics. They welcome every fan content.
Rules
Each creation needs to incorporate at least 2 Prompts, the "day's special" from the main course + at least one of the "Side Dishes" of your choosing
SFW/NSFW is up to you but please do take care to tag appropriately no matter where you publish your creation. If on Twitter we encourage you to use the sensitive media filters, should they apply
If you choose to create recipes for others to follow, we ask you to try them out yourself and give an estimate on difficulty as well as safety warnings where they could be needed

Prompts
On the Main Course side, we have the daily prompts, which are compulsory. They are in order. On the Side Dishes side we have the additional prompts for each day, you need to pick at least one to accompany the main dish.
Examples for day 3 would be:
- Confit + mellow
- Confit + hot, dipping, restrict
If you're up for a challenge, try to use all the Side Dishes once!
FAQ
Do we have to use the same technique for all prompts?
- Nope! You can cook one day and write the other, however it suits you best!
What if I can't make all prompts?
- No problem! Just enjoy the other creations, we'll still boost the posts you made!
How can I post my contribution on ao3 if it's not writing?
- As of now, the archive can't host non-text media itself, but you can embed just about everything using HTML. You're welcome to ask our mods for help with that.
Can we collaborate?
- Yes, of course!
What if I can't make it in time?
- The archive allows you to backdate your work. We will keep the collection open for another week after the event.
I don't understand the "Main Course", is that kitchen techniques or NSFW prompts?
- You're welcome to interpret them however you wish, but we encourage you to take up the challenge and at least try the culinary version!
Main Course
Baste: Pour the juices, keeping the flesh moist.
**Flambé: **Sudden explosion, sizzling heat on the surface.
**Confit: **Refined goods with steady, low heat.
**Jaquarding: **Pinched and penetrated, tenderizing the meat
**Macerate: **Soaked in liquid, soft and messy
**Temper: **Two participants slowly bringing each other to temperature
**Julienne: **Taken apart into thin pieces, enjoy their perfection
